Lane Kiffin Says Buyer of His Manhattan Beach Estate Gets Dogs, Too

The Manhattan Beach resident makes the best of a spontaneous interview with TMZ.

Football coach Lane Kiffin unexpectedly met up with a TMZ video reporter at an airport recently.

Though not particularly keen on answering the questions posed to him, Kiffin did reveal that he's willing to include his two dogs in the sale of his Manhattan Beach home.

That home was put on the market about two months after Kiffin was ousted as USC football's head coach in late September, a position he had held since 2010. On Jan. 10, Kiffin was hired as the offensive coordinator for the Crimson Tide of the University of Alabama.

The Manhattan Beach property is listed at $6.995 million and offers a 7,308-square-foot contemporary Craftsman, built in 2002 and since updated, on nearly half an acre at the end of a cul-de-sac.

Interior features include vaulted ceilings, a stone fireplace, six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and a three-car garage.

The gated property features a saltwater swimming pool and spa, a fire pit, a guesthouse, an outdoor kitchen, a dog run and mature trees.

A photo gallery of the property can be seen on the listing agent's website.
