Get "On the Same Page" with others and join the community-wide reading of the book, "The Blue Zones" written by Dan Buettner. Residents in Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach and Redondo Beach will find this to be a fun, life-changing conversational read. Please come to learn more and receive a free workbook to use as a discussion guide with your book club or friends. The
program launches in April and ends June 30th. Blue Zones Project Vitality City by Healthways, presented by the Beach Cities Health District is promoting the value of reading by recommending the book to unite the community in an
understanding of what the Blue Zones of the world are and how residents can apply these principles to their everyday life to improve health and well-being.
