Live Latin Music Sunday Night at Free Outdoor Concert

The Susie Hansen Latin Band will play a free outdoor concert at Polliwog Park Sunday from 5 to 7 p.m. The well-known female-led band is fresh off of gigs at Knott's Berry Farm and Los Angeles County Museum of Art. The band has been performing since 1990.

Seating is first-come, first-served; blankets, towels and beach chairs [low backs preferred] can be brought, along with picnic fare. Pop-up (open air) tents and umbrellas are allowed in the concert area before and after the concerts; they must be down during the concert.

Dogs, barbecues and wheeled vehicles are not allowed in the concert area. Polliwog Park is at 1601 Manhattan Beach Boulevard. The concert is staged in the park's amphitheater by the city's parks and recreation department.
