Landon Donovan, the soccer superstar who has been named U.S. Soccer Athlete of the Year four consecutive times by the United States Soccer Federation and last month received Major League Soccer's Player of the Week award, has put his Manhattan Beach compound on the market for $4.295 million, according to a Zillow.com report.
The property, located in the Tree Section, consists of two separate structures on adjoining lots. The main house was customized by Moloney Development in 2007, according to Zillow.com, with Donovan later adding a second building when he bought the lot next door.
The lower house was built to be the play zone, with a swimming pool, massage room, steam room, sauna, cold plunge, Jacuzzi, theater, bar area and storage for 300 bottles of wine.
With all of its features, it's easy to see why the compound was featured on “MTV Cribs.”
Zillow also reports that Donovan lived in the MB property with his "former wife, Bianca Kajlich, the “Rules of Engagement” sitcom star to whom he was married from 2006 until their divorce in 2010."
