M.B. Post's Killer Brussels Sprouts
Leave it to a great chef to turn veggies into something delectable.
M.B. Post is known for superb cuisine but who knew they had "killer" brussels sprouts, cooked in clarified brown butter and covered with cheese?
Apparently, the TV show Unique Eats knew, showcasing the dish on their "Eat Your Veggies" episode last year in April.
Since Chef David LeFevre changes his menu seasonally that particular selection is not on the current menu. However, an equally appealing Roasted Brussels Sprouts with emmental, hazelnuts and sage is available.
