Taxes are due Monday, so here are a few freebies and discounts offered by businesses with locations in or near Manhattan Beach to help ease the pain.
Tax Day—April 15—is Monday, and to lessen the pain, many restaurants and businesses with locations in and around Manhattan Beach are offering freebies and deals.
Those who are stressed out can relax with a free HydroMassage in Torrance or escape from reality a bit and grab a free small popcorn at AMC Theaters in the South Bay Galleria. Free cinnamon bites, curly fries, copies and paper shredding also make the list this year.

BOSTON MARKET

Offer: Get a "rib-bate"—buy two rib meals for $10.40 on Monday (April 15). Each meal includes a 1/4-rack of St. Louis Style BBQ Ribs with mashed potatoes and gravy, sweet corn and cornbread. Additionally, diners can enter to win one of 1,040 ribs meals. Each person who enters will get a $1 coupon.
