Unplanned Power Outage in Manhattan Beach
A little more than 1,000 customers in Manhattan Beach were impacted.

A massive power outage and several smaller outages hit much of the South Bay, including 1,199 customers in Manhattan Beach, shortly after 7 a.m. Sunday, said David Carmany, Manhattan Beach city manager.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Sunday morning reported that the outage affected 115,000 residences and businesses in Los Angeles County.

As of midday, power had been restored to about 30,000 South Bay customers, according to SCE officials, who said all but 11 accounts were restored by about 1:30 p.m.
