The City of Manhattan Beach Now Accepting Applications for the Position of Recreation Services Manager

The City of Manhattan Beach is now accepting applications for the position of Recreation Services Manager. The position directs, plans, organizes, budgets, controls, and manages the activities of various programs, events and services, including youth, teen and adults sports programs, after school programs, contract classes, older adults programs, cultural arts and aquatics programs. The ideal candidate instills ethical decision-making, public responsiveness, and innovation in the delivery of services.

The Recreation Services Manager will report to the Director of Parks & Recreation and is a member of the department's management team overseeing a broad range of programs with supervisory responsibilities and budgetary accountability. Developing and maintaining a positive environment is essential to the department as well as the City overall.
