Sunday's Open Houses (9/29)

There are interesting new options on the local real estate market this weekend, with one under $1M, a few at $3M and above, and some in between.

The pleasant surprise of the weekend is probably 3615 Laurel (pictured; click address to see property), a 1998-built charmer that's got a bit of a location issue, close to Rosecrans and the refinery. That's why they're offering it at $1.699M.

I've also got a new listing this week at 3017 Elm. It's 2br and 960 sq. ft., so not too big, but it's one of very few options in all of MB under $1M. It's at $925K to start.
