This week city hall received a couple of nice compliments about great customer service.

One Manhattan beach resident wrote to compliment Carina Ferrari who handles water billing.  Said “she was very timely and extremely helpful with a couple of my issues.”  “Did a great job handling me as a citizen.”  “Great customer service.”  Just wanted to “give her a high five with her boss.”

Separately, we received a nice email from a Manhattan Beach resident thanking Paul Rubio, the Park Services Enforcement Officer, for his prompt attention regarding the removal of graffiti at Sand Dune Park and the sealing of a hole under a fence within 48 hours.  The resident expressed how much he “appreciates the excellent service” and is “pleased that there seems to be a tone that is being set by the City to encourage park users to help preserve the beautiful community resource.”

Nice work, Carina and Paul!
