Blue Zones Healthy Dining Options

Two employers, one grocery store and 10 restaurants in Manhattan Beach are Designated Blue Zones Project Organizations, according to the Blue Zones website.

Restaurants and employers must meet certain requirements to receive the designation, all of which is designed to create healthier communities.

The City of Manhattan Beach and Skechers USA, Inc. are the certified employers; Grow is the designated grocery store and the 10 restaurants are

Zinc at Shade Hotel
Sloopy's Beach Cafe
Open Sesame
Old Venice
O-Sho Japanese Restaurant
Manhattan Country Club
Lido di Manhattan
Four Daughters Kitchen
and
China Grill Bistro.
