Many government offices will be closed Monday.
Presidents Day, celebrated this year on Monday, Feb. 18, will see many government buildings closed and some services affected in Manhattan Beach.
Below is a handy list of what is open and closed in Manhattan Beach during this year's holiday:
- Manhattan Beach Banks: Closed.
- Manhattan Beach Schools: Closed.
- Post office: Closed (no mail delivery either).
- Manhattan Beach City Hall: Closed.
- Manhattan Beach Library: Closed.
- Trash Collection: Normal Times/Days.
- Street Sweeping: Regular Schedule.
- Metro: Regular Schedule.
- Retail stores: Open.
- Supermarkets: Open (some with sales).
- Convenience stores: Open.
- Bars and restaurants: Open.
- Stock market: Closed.
