Learn About Proposed Manhattan Village Project at 2 Meetings

Renderings, site plans and a model of the proposed project will be available to view.

Residents interested in learning more about the proposed enhancement project for the Manhattan Village Shopping Center may attend two public open houses: one, Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.; the other, Saturday, June 22 from 12 noon to 4 p.m. The open houses will be held in the mall's center court.

Mall representatives will answer questions and gather public input. Renderings, site plans and a model of the proposed project will be available to view. The proposed project plan, which is expected to go before the city's planning commission June 26th, is made up of four components, according to the shopping center website:

“We want to make sure the public has a good sense of what we are proposing and why,” said General Manager Liz Griggs. “This is a great opportunity for anyone who wants to know more about the project to visit us and see first-hand all the improvements we hope to make.”
