Manhattan Beach Post, Chef David LeFevre's hot spot in downtown Manhattan Beach, has taken another honor, this time being named to L.A. Times Food Critic Jonathan Gold's 101 Best Restaurants list.
MB Post comes in at No. 50. No other area restaurants in Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach or on the Palos Verdes Peninsula made the prestigious list.
Wednesday night, MB Post entertained dining guest Chef Anne Burrell who had just concluded filming for two days at Abigaile Restaurant in Hermosa Beach.
Guests at Burrell's filming of her Food Network TV show "Chef Wanted" show were treated to free fare from an unknown chef in the competition.
Chef LeFevre last month opened his latest restaurant Fishing With Dynamite, two doors down from MB Post.
