Power Out in Part of Tree Section

Electricity is non-existent for a few residents in part of Manhattan Beach.

Updated 8:18 a.m. See Power Out for 96 MB Residents. It appears that most of the 970 customers reported without power in this article now have power. Ours went back on at 12:36 a.m.

Southern California Edison is reporting that some 970 customers without power in Manhattan Beach will have it back by 1 a.m. on Monday, according to a text message.

Residents in the Manhattan Beach Tree Section lost power late Sunday night. 

Southern California's online power outage center did not yet show the information on the outage as of 11:50 p.m. Sunday or 12:01 a.m. Monday.

The Manhattan Beach Police Department said that they had received a few phone calls about the outage.

Don't know how much of a prize free recycling services are. From the city's website: ". .Read More .recycling bins and collection services are provided free of charge."
