Bank of Manhattan presents LA Networking Matters’ 4th annual networking for a cause event, “Network Your Heart Out…It Matters,” at the Manhattan Country Club in Manhattan Beach, CA on Wednesday, February 20, 2013 from 6:00 p.m.– 9:00 p.m.

LA Networking Matters is proud to announce the new Title Sponsor for this year’s event Bank of Manhattan. The event will be held in the Manhattan Beach Club’s multi-million dollar renovated banquet facilities, which include an enlarged Ballroom to accommodate up to 250 guests; a stunning Board Room and Private Dining Room overlooking the adjacent golf course; a beautiful screening room and the installation of audio/visual system throughout the facility.

In addition, this year introduces a new partnership with LA Networking Matters and the Manhattan Beach Chamber of Commerce. In addition to supporting the two non-profit organizations, LA Networking Matters will also be donating a portion of the proceeds to the Manhattan Beach Chamber of Commerce’s High School Scholarship Fund.

In 2009, Adia In-Home Care, an in-home care service, and a group of South Bay businesses came together and introduced the first networking event that also benefited local charities. Each year, a committee of South Bay businesses, chaired by Adia In-Home Care, produces an annual networking event that raises funds for two charities. The 2011 event raised over $16,000 with over 220 attendees; this year’s event hopes to raise greater funds and awareness for the two recipients, Toberman Neighborhood Center (TNC) and Peninsula Seniors.
