Manhattan Beach Older Adults Program Art Exhibition: Calling All Artists

Exhibition period: August 23 to September 5, 2013

Artwork install: August 19 to 21, 2013

Judging: August 22, 2013

Opening Reception: Friday, August 23, 2013 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM


ENTRY

Two (2) pieces per older adult ages 55+. All work must be original
and created by the exhibitor. Copies and works made from patterns and/or
kits will be disqualified. This is a juried show, submission of artwork
does not mean acceptance. Entry forms are available at the Creative
Arts Center, Joslyn Community Center, and online (PDF).



ELIGIBILITY

Open to persons who are ages 55 years and older who are either a
resident of Manhattan Beach or enrolled in City of Manhattan Beach Parks and Recreation Department art classes.



DELIVERY OF ARTWORK

Friday, August 16, 2013 and Saturday, August 17, 2013 between the
hours of 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM to the Creative Arts Center, 1560 Manhattan
Beach Boulevard, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266 with completed entry form (PDF).



COLLECTION

Artwork may be retrieved on Friday, September 6, 2013 or Saturday,
September 7, 2013 between the hours of 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the
Manhattan Beach Creative Arts Center, 1560 Manhattan Beach Boulevard,
Manhattan Beach, CA 90266.
