WAVES OF GRAIN BEER FEST MAKES A SPLASH IN MANHATTAN BEACH, JUNE 1

 Hundreds
of craft beer lovers will once again descend upon Manhattan Beach on Sunday, June 1 for Shade Hotel’s third annual
Waves of Grain Beer Festival transforming the entire hotel into a beer tasting
adventure. Shade will welcome over 40 local and regional premium craft breweries
to the South Bay and will donate a portion of proceeds from ticket sales to The
Richstone Family Center, a charity dedicated to preventing and treating child
abuse.

Tickets are $40 per person when
purchased in advance, or $50 per person at the door, and include entry and beer
tastings. Appetizers are available for an additional cost, and will include
grilled cheese sandwiches, a taco cart, chicken wings, giant German Pretzels
and a BBQ roasted whole pig. The event is limited to 300 people.

“Beer and giving back to the community
are two of my passions in life so it’s only natural that we’ve combined the two
for Shade’s annual Waves of Grain Beer Festival,” said Michael Zislis, owner of
Shade Hotel. “Everyone enjoys a day of beer tasting at the beach for a good
cause.”
