The Older Adult Program presents Acting Out

Acting Out Again

Day Time Cost Location Second Monday of the month 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM Free Joslyn Community Center
1601 Valley Drive
It is a cooperative venture with Donna Barlow and Darryl Potik facilitating. The goal is to develop acting and speaking skills for the novice actor as well as those with some experience. This goal is to be pursued while having a heck of a lot of fun.

Those who aren’t sure about joining such a venture are welcome to participate as an audience member. We plan to perform on occasion at the Joslyn Community Center. So, if you aren’t interested in performing, there is always a need for stagehands and other necessary help.

For more information, feel free to contact the Older Adults Program at (310) 802-5447. For more classes and activities offered by the Older Adults Program, please visit the Classes and Activities webpage. The Older Adults Program is always offering new events, workshops, lectures and bus trips specifically for older adults ages 55+. For information on these events and trips, please visit the Upcoming Events or the Bus Trips webpage.
