Police Locate Individual in Yard
The person is found in the 3600 block of Pine Avenue by police officers searching with a police dog.

A person whom police were searching for this morning in the Tree Section has been taken into custody as of 5:09 a.m., according to radio transmissions. The individual was found in a yard in the 3600 block of Pine Avenue.
Police had blocked off a perimeter in the neighborhood and searched on foot with a police dog. Earlier, a helicopter had also aided in the search.
