Certain roads will be closed downtown to accommodate the annual pier lighting and open house event Wednesday night.
On Wednesday, Manhattan Avenue will be closed from 9th Street to Manhattan Beach Boulevard from 4-10:30 p.m. and Manhattan Beach Boulevard will be closed from Ocean Drive to The Strand from 5-10:30 p.m., according to a Manhattan Beach Police Department report on Nixle.
