What will you be doing on Thanksgiving and whom will you be with? I will be starting the day off with a nice relaxing run, then making the traditional turkey dinner for my family.

What will your Thanksgiving meal consist of? Turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, my famous creamed corn, and homemade mac and cheese. My husband is going to make the biscuits!

What is your favorite Thanksgiving dish? My creamed corn of course!

What is your favorite thing about Thanksgiving? Quality time with my family.

What was your childhood Thanksgiving like? There was always lots of food.  My mother was an unbelievable cook. I learned so much about cooking from her.

What is your favorite Thanksgiving memory? One Thanksgiving I had about 40 people at my house. Everyone wanted something different, including three friends who were vegans and one who was kosher. I remember making a turkey, a ham and a “tofurkey” (tofu turkey). The stuffing couldn’t be in the turkey and nothing dairy could touch anything with meat. It was wild, but I was happy to do it! There was some sort of satisfaction on pulling that off!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! May you all have a safe and fulfilling Thanksgiving!
