Wanted: Info on Red 2005 Ford Explorer

The SUV was parked next to two cars that were burglarized in the Northrop Grumman parking lot at 1801 Marine Ave.

Police are looking for a red 2005 Ford Explorer believed to be involved in vehicle break-ins in a Northrop Grumman parking lot.

In each instance, the red 2005 Ford Explorer can be seen parked next to the victims' vehicles in the lot at 1801 Marine Ave., according to the Manhattan Beach Police Department.

On Oct. 13 sometime between 10:30 a.m. and noon, someone smashed a vehicle window with a gas cap and stole a purse. On Oct. 26 between 6:11 and 6:21 p.m., someone smashed a vehicle’s rear window and stole the victim’s purse and Apple iPad.
