MB Resident Found Dead at UCLA Frat House

Glen Parrish, an 18-year-old Manhattan Beach resident, has died. He was found in a UCLA fraternity house Saturday by friends.

CBS Local and the Daily Bruin newspaper have reported that an 18-year-old Manhattan Beach resident died Saturday in a UCLA fraternity house located at 663 Gayley Avenue.

Glen Parrish, who does not attend UCLA, was found in a bed at the Theta Chi fraternity house around 2 p.m., according to Kim Pavek of the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office.

The cause of death is under investigation, according to the Daily Bruin which reported that an overdose may be involved. Police are waiting for toxicology reports and say that it is believed that alcohol and possibly prescription drugs were a factor.
