Zero Arrests for DUI, Public Intoxication Last Weekend
Manhattan Beach Police haven't had that happen since Christmas weekend last year.
Christmas weekend was the last time the Manhattan Beach Police Department did not make a public intoxication or driving under the influence arrest during the weekend hours from 5 p.m. Friday to 4 a.m. Sunday until just this past weekend.
However, MBPD made five DUI and one public intoxication arrests the previous weekend, April 20-22; two DUI and no public intoxication arrests April 13-15; six DUI and no public intoxication arrests April 6-8, and no DUI and two public intoxication arrests March 30-April 1.
