21 Complete Emergency Preparedness Training

The 3-day emergency preparedness training was conducted by MBCERTA.

Twenty-one new members joined the Manhattan Beach Community Emergency Response Team Association after completing training March 8-10, according to MB City Manager David Carmany.

MBCERTA volunteers partnered with the Manhattan Beach Fire Department to provide training to the new members.

The new members learned about preparing for emergencies at home, schools, work and in the neighborhood and community, according to George Butts, MBCERTA president.
