Dog Beach in RPV: Have Your Say

An unofficial dog beach down the cliffs from Trump National Golf Club in Rancho Palos Verdes is being scrutinized by RPV's City Council, which will discuss what to do with the beach: dogs, no dogs, dogs on leash only, Tuesday, Feb. 21 at 7 p.m.

For a few years now, dog lovers have had a secret beach to take their dogs to cavort on, just below Trump National Golf Club in Rancho Palos Verdes.

The treasured spot hosts a number of people and their pets on most any day, with weekends experiencing the greatest turn out.

The City of Rancho Palos Verdes' City Council will address the beach and how to regulate it or not at a meeting Tuesday, Feb. 21 7 p.m. at Hesse Park, 29301 Hawthorne Boulevard.
