Environmental Task Force Phase II Application Deadline Extension Today

Are you in interested in becoming part of a citizen-based movement to improve the quality of our environment? The City is now accepting applications for new membership to its exceptional Environmental Task Force (ETF).

ETF members work together to review the City's current environmental programs, identify new green ideas, and reach out to the public to teach sustainability in Manhattan Beach.

If you are looking for ways to reach out to the community and help the City promote energy efficiency, water conservation, and zero waste practices consider joining the City's Environmental Task Force, and becoming part of our green team!

Applications can be downloaded (Word), and should be submitted to Sona Kalapura, the City's Environmental Programs Manager, by 12:00 PM on Friday, December 10, 2010.
