The mission of the Manhattan Beach Coordinating Council is to encourage coordination of events and communication among city agencies and civic organizations interested in making the Manhattan Beach community a better place to live. The Coordinating Council also recognizes Manhattan Beach Students of the Month and awards scholarships to outstanding Mira Costa High School seniors.
