It's been quite a week in Manhattan Beach. A Superior Court judge sided with the city and dismissed the former city manager lawsuit, a Caltrans check of traffic files revealed a missing sign at 8th Street and Sepulveda and an early morning caper woke up a neighborhood as police searched for a fleeing suspect.
