MB Councilmen in St. Patrick's Parade Saturday

The 19th annual staging of neighbor Hermosa Beach's parade begins at 11 a.m. May the luck o' the Irish be with you!

Three Manhattan Beach City Council members will participate in the Hermosa Beach Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Bureau St. Patrick's Day Parade Saturday.

The parade begins at 11 a.m. near City Hall at 1315 Valley Drive, then turns left onto Pier Avenue where it gives folks a chance to enjoy the fun, and then ends at Hermosa Avenue and 8th Street.

Mayor David Lesser will be riding in a 1940 Ford convertible with his children, council member Richard Montgomery and a former mayor will be riding in a 1964 Ford Galaxy convertible with his wife Diane and council member and former mayor Wayne Powell will be riding in a 1966 Cadillac convertible.
