Parade Route Details on ADA Parking, Restrooms, Trash/Recycle Collection Bins

Need a bathroom during the parade? Find out where they and trash/recycle collection bins will be on the route. You can also view a map of where food trucks, the band, the cake, the float display and more will be at Polliwog Park.

Roughly 100 units will march in the Manhattan Beach Centennial Parade, set to begin Saturday, May 17 at 10 a.m. on 14th Street, down Pacific Avenue, turning left onto Manhattan Beach Boulevard..

Viewers can line the parade route, which continues to Polliwog Park, and then join in the MB Centennial Picnic from 12 noon to 3 p.m.

Designated viewing areas for those in need of ADA areas, will be set up near the intersection of Pacific Avenue and MB Boulevard and at Rowell Avenue and MB Boulevard on the side of the street closest to 11th Street. ADA parking will be provided near John and 11th streets and at Rowell and 11th.

Porta Potties for the public will be located on 15th Street near Laurel Avenue and the parade starting line; on Pacific Avenue near 14th Street on the school side of Pacific; on both sides of the street at MB Boulevard and approximately Elm and Dianthus avenues; on MB Boulevard at Rowell on the street side closest to 11th; on MB Boulevard at Peck Avenue on the street side closest to 11th; and on Redondo Avenue near Manhattan Beach Middle School coming from MB Boulevard.

Trash and recyclable collection bins will be placed on 15th Street near Laurel Avenue and the parade starting line; on Pacific Avenue near 14th Street on the school side of Pacific; on MB Boulevard at Rowell on the street side closest to 11th; and on Redondo Avenue near Manhattan Beach Middle School coming from MB Boulevard.
