Power Out in Manhattan Beach

Some 3,500 customers in Manhattan Beach are without power, said city officials. The outage began around 3 p.m. and Southern California does not yet have an estimate as to when power will be restored, said City Manager David Carmany.

City hall and police-fire headquarters are without power and have been running on generators, he said.

According to tweets on Twitter, power is out in the Hill and Sand sections.
