SANDPIPERS HOSTS 21st ANNUAL HOLIDAY HOMES TOUR

Friday, December 6 through Sunday, December 8, 2013, Sandpipers will host their 21st Annual Holiday Homes Tour event showcasing four distinctive South Bay homes. Tickets can be purchased presale for $25 at www.sandpipers.org/events/hht or at the door for $30.

 

In addition, a holiday boutique featuring local artisans and vendors and a café will be held at the Neptunian Woman’s Club at 920 Highland Avenue, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266.  The boutique and cafe will offer shopping and refreshments for purchase for the convenience of attendees. They are open and free to the public. As the event features various homes in Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach, Sandpipers is providing a free shuttle service. On Saturday, December 7 from noon-5pm, the tour will also include wine tasting at Bank of Manhattan located at 1419 Highland Avenue, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266. The Bank of Manhattan Wine Tasting with Uncorked will also feature entertainment, food provided by Kincaids, and panoramic unobstructed views. Food and wine is available for purchase.

“Over the past 21 years, Holiday Homes Tour has become a festive tradition in the South Bay,” said Fundraising Vice President, Dana Lupton.  “Homeowners graciously open their beautiful andfestively decorated homes allowing us all a sneak peek behind the front door. It's a wonderful way to get in the holiday spirit and ring in the season!”

The Holiday Homes Tour is a popular event in the community that annually attracts more than 3,000 patrons and garners tremendous support from numerous local businesses and community partners including our supporting sponsors The Container Store, Bank of Manhattan, South Bay Magazine, Uncorked, GROW, and Corner Bakery. In 2012, Holiday Homes Tour raised over $84,000 for Sandpipers philanthropic programs.
