GrowingGreat partnered with EnrichLA to bulid an edible garden at Synergy Academy and Quincy Jones Elementary in downtown Los Angeles! The site will feature six raised beds for herbs and vegetables, three fruit trees, two redwood picnic tables with umbrellas and a kitchen sink and storage area!
We will be breaking ground on the ambitious project with a Community Build Day on Satuday, March 17th. Join us at 900 East 33rd Street from 9am -2pm. It's on St. Patrick's Day - so wear grean, grab your gloves and help us bring fresh produce and garden and nutrition education to this community. More information coming soon in our March newsletter!
