Plot-to-Plate: A Harvest Celebration

This is the final class in our Summer Garden Club series at Post & Beam restaurant which will focus on the "how and when" of harvesting your summer favorites.  The day will include

• a class covering the correct way to harvest including a trip into the P&B garden where you'll apply what you've learned and tell us what's ready to harvest, 
• a cooking demo by Chef Armstrong and a tasting of his 'small bites' creations featuring some of the herbs and veggies in our garden and  
• you'll receive a complimentary fall edible to take home and a chance to shop in the HGEL "Pop Up" store! 

$30 - ECO OPTION: Includes a paperless handout for you to print out & bring or view on IPad  (handout link will be emailed to you prior to class). A COPY WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE AT CLASS.
