7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Recorded TED Talks on the theme of
"Transportation - How We Get From Here to There".
We will be exploring why people walk, cycle, use public transport and drive and how they make those decisions. Afterwards we will be discussing how our local environment impacts our personal decisions on transportation.
8 p.m. to 9 p.m. Discussion, networking and more drinks.

What do we mean by drinks? As our new home is owned by the City of Manhattan Beach we applied to the City for a license to serve beer and wine and we were approved. Thanks to the City Council and to everyone that sent an email, we will be serving wine, beer, soft drinks and water.
Tickets
The event is $10 to attend. We need to ask for the $10 in advance as we have had an increasing number of people that reserve a ticket and do not come to the event. As the events have all been sold out it means that people that want to come are not able to do so. In addition, we are not able to cover our costs as we buy food on the basis of how many people have reserved a ticket.

Refunds
We will not be refunding the ticket price if you are not able to come. Please feel free to sell, or give, your ticket to a friend.
Parking and Transportation
Please park in the lot adjacent to the Creative Arts Center, which is only accessible from Manhattan Beach Boulevard if you are driving east.
Better still, please walk or bike.
