Fun for all ages! Water Harvest is a free, educational festival for everyone. Come enjoy free food, crafts, stage shows, games, a costume contest, and tours of our facility. The 14th annual Water Harvest Festival will take place at the Edward C. Little Water Recycling Facility, right across from business in Plaza El Segundo on Saturday, October 13th from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
