Lakers Coach Mike D'Antoni Buys Manhattan Beach Home

The three-story walk street home features an ocean view.

Yet another high-profile sports coach has moved to Manhattan Beach, according to the Los Angeles Times.

L.A. Lakers Coach Mike D’Antoni and his wife, Laurel, reportedly have bought an ocean-view walk street home for $6.9 million built in 2003 for Live Nation's chief operating officer. The price reportedly breaks the record for a non-Strand home in the Sand Section, none of which have ever sold for more than $6 million.

The lavish home offers five bedrooms, five bathrooms and 5,000 square feet of living space that includes a three-stop cherry-paneled elevator, a 2,000-bottle basement wine cellar and 400-glass wine bar on the top floor.
