Good Tuesday morning, I'm Surf Junkie Jeff with your Manhattan Beach Patch surf report.
Well, it's definitely worth squeezing in a session at some point during the day. Yep, there's still plenty of playful size waves on tap today.
We're seeing some fairly clean conditions, with a combination of mostly holding west northwest swell and a little leftover south southwest energy in the water.

That recipe is offering some kind of crumbly sectiony lines, with a few fast shoulders, but look for things to improve once that tide drops a bit later in the day. Most Manhattan Beach breaks are running about knee to chest high, with the standout spots pulling shoulder high plus sets.
Taking a look at those tides, thanks to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, it looks like at 7:27 this morning it pushes up to a 6.5 high, which already has some spots pretty swamped. It then drains out to a negative 1.3 low at 2:42 this afternoon.

If you're going to get wet, throw on at least a 3/2 fullsuit and possibly the booties, with the water temperature averaging between 55 and 57 degrees. See ya in the water!
