The Terracotta Group based at : 2321 Rosecrans Ave Ste 3270 El Segundo, CA 90245 Owned by Tingting Zhang. This Company takes existing loans or mortgages from Banks by buying the Note. They then force you down the path towards foreclosure. They have a large number of attorneys working in the Company that will conduct dubious business practices in order to ensure that you become delinquent on purpose and convey you into foreclosure. An emerging number of people are now experiencing this aggressive goal of Terracotta to grab the property for their own gains. It is not an investment Company as they do not have the infrastructure to support the loans/mortgagee in paying the monies due, they are ONLY interesting in taking over the property for their gain.
