South Bay Event Supports Hockey Foundation

The 4th Annual Taste of the South Bay was held on Feb. 19 at the Shade Hotel in Manhattan Beach.

The event was presented by Hush Hush Salon and the Los Angeles Kings, as well as 17 local restaraunts in support of the Kings Care Foundation. Kings' players came to dine and play poker at the casino on the Sky Deck.

Participating restaraunts included Darren's, Hot's Kitchen, Fleming's, La Sirena Grill, Manhattan Beach Post, BrewCo, Tin Roof Bistro, and Cupcake Couture, amongst others in attendance.

The Kings Care Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing educational and recreational oppotunites for youth throughout the greater Los Angeles area. Since 1996, the Foundation has donated over $5 million in support to the local community.
