What's Up: Rx Disposal, Friendship Walk, Pumpkin Races

The Manhattan Beach Unified School District has until Thursday to issue a formal response to a the Public Employment Relations Board which issued a complaint against the district for bargaining in bad faith with the Manhattan Beach Teachers Union Association by not providing pertinent documents the union asked for during negotiations in 2012 and 2013.
