The American Farmhouse Roadside Grill, which opened in 2009, has become the American Farmouse Tavern & Dining Hall after recently re-opening in what used to the space for Szechwan Restaurant. With a gorgeous remodel, a bar and much more space, the grill still serves up what has made it a local favorite: delicious recipes. American Farmhouse focuses on the cuisines of Santa Maria and the Central Coast, consisting primarily of "Oak Pit" grilled meats and vegetables. The owner is a Manhattan Beach resident who grew up on the central coast of California.
