Z-Ultimate Self Defense Studios dedicates itself to ensuring that they provide personalized martial arts training experiences for students. Whether a beginner or experienced martial artists, Z-Ultimate Self Defense has a program for students that range from ages three to nine.

Z-Ultimate instructors maintain a rigorous personal training regiment and are constantly refining their skills beneath the tutelage of high-ranking martial arts masters. They also have made frequent trips to Shaolin, China, the birthplace of the martial arts, to expand their knowledge and 
ability of their 2000-year-old art form.

All instructors are certified through Z-Ultimate University of Martial Arts Professionals to ensure all students are taught consistently and to the highest quality.
