The leagues are divided by age and skill level into Pony, Bronco, Mustang, Pinto and Shetland groups. The main season is in the springtime and consists of practices and official games on designated regulation fields. The league helps players develop skills and promotes sportsmanship, teamwork and wholesome community recreation.
