Manhattan Beach city hall will be closed as will Bank of America, Citibank and U.S. Bank bank branches. Wells Fargo and Chase banks will be open as will most retail and commercial businesses.
The U.S. Postal Service will not deliver mail Monday.
Trash in Manhattan Beach will be collected.
