Giant Menorah Lighting Celebrations for Hanukkah in Manhattan Beach, Other South Bay Locations

Latkes, doughnuts, dreidels will accompany public giant menorah lighting celebrations in observance of Hanukkah.

To celebrate Hanukkah, the Jewish Community Center will hold a ceremonial public lighting of a giant menorah Sunday at Manhattan Village shopping center at 5:30 p.m., according to their website.

The event will include dreidels, hot latkes, doughnuts and gifts for children.

  • El Segundo City Hall Monday at 5:30 p.m.
  • Redondo Beach Civic Center, corner of Pacific Coast Highway and Diamond Street, Tuesday at 5:30 p.m.
  • Plaza El Segundo on Sepulveda Boulevard, in front of Anthropologie, Wednesday at 5:30 p.m.

Hermosa Beach's Greenwood Park, corner of Pacific Coast Highway and Aviation Boulevard, was the site of a giant menorah lighting Wednesday at 5 p.m.
