Packages Stolen Off Porches in MB

A crime report from MBPD lists several package thefts from homes in the city.

Thieves in Manhattan Beach are stealing packages from residents by day and night, according to information from the city's Neighborhood Watch program.

Five residents have reported missing packages, with thefts occurring on Dec. 5, 10, 14 and 18, and another theft happening between Dec. 10 and 12. 

The Dec. 10 theft happened in the 200 block of Rosecrans Avenue between 11 and 11:30 a.m.

Another couple of thefts happened in the 600 block of 35th and 36th streets. The theft on 36th Street happened on Dec. 10 between 12:01 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. The theft on 35th Street reportedly happened Dec. 10-12 between 12:30 and 3 p.m.

On Dec. 14, a thief took six packages from a home in the 2800 block of Maple Avenue between 6:30 and 7:45 p.m.

On Dec. 18, a package was stolen from a home in the 600 block of Larsson Street between 10:49 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
