Vote Tuesday for Manhattan Beach Unified School Board Candidates

Cast your ballot Tuesday for the three open Manhattan Beach school board seats if you haven't already done so.

The election of three individuals to the Manhattan Beach Unified School District takes place Tuesday from 7 a.m.-8 p.m., according to the Los Angeles County Registrar's office.

Four candidates are vying for three available seats. They are Christine Cronin-Hurst, Jennifer Cochran, Kathleen Paralusz and incumbent Ellen Rosenberg.

Polling places are listed as follows:

  • 578th Engineer Battaltion, 3601 Bell Ave., on the armory floor
  • American Martyrs Church, 1400 Deegan Place, B and B Room
  • Neptunian Women's Club, 920 Highland Ave., north hall
  • A residence at 817 N. Dianthus St., in the garage
  • Hawthorn Suites, 1817 N. Sepulveda Blvd., Room 105
  • Manhattan Beach Toyota, 1510 N. Sepulveda Blvd., showroom
  • Manhattan Beach Unified School District, 325 S. Peck Ave., board room
  • Manhattan Village Senior Villas, 1304 Park View Ave., recreation room
  • Cornerstone Church, 300 N. Redondo Ave., fellowship hall
  • Manhattan Beach Lifeguard building, 2600 The Strand, conference room
    The above locations can be found on page 51 of this online document. At some locations, more than one precinct of voters will cast their ballots.

    To locate your voting location, visit the county's website to input your numeral address in one data input field and your street name sans type of street [avenue, lane, place, boulevard, street, road, way] in another.
